Job summary

Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Client Services Representative to be the first point of contact for clients and guide them through the initial stages of their cases with exceptional service. The role requires bilingual Spanish/English skills, a customer service background, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is strongly preferred.
• Customer service background required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain organized case files.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with FileVine or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Promptly contact clients after live transfers from intake.
• Schedule treatment appointments within 24 hours and confirm attendance.
• Request and file police reports; initiate claims; send Letters of Representation to insurers.
• Maintain organized case files for 2–3 weeks and ensure actions are completed.
• Promote the firm’s services to clients.
