Job summary

Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is seeking a dedicated bilingual Client Services Representative in Alabama to be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through initial stages of their cases and ensuring exceptional service.

This full-time role (40 hours/week) includes coordinating appointments, gathering documents, filing reports, and promoting the firm’s services with strong Spanish/English communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English preferred.
• Proven customer service experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and guide them through initial case stages.
• Coordinate treatment appointments within 24 hours and confirm attendance.
• Request and file police reports, initiate claims, and send Letters of Representation.
• Maintain organized case files and promote firm services to clients.
• Collaborate with intake department to ensure smooth client experience.
