A leading legal firm in Georgia is seeking an experienced attorney to practice civil litigation, covering diverse business law matters. The ideal candidate should have around 3 years of relevant experience, be able to litigate independently, and enjoy a salary range of $150K to $175K. Benefits include health insurance, paid vacation, and a 401(k), with the possibility of remote work 1-2 days per week.

- Practice civil litigation across a variety of business law matters.
- Handle contractual disputes and respond to record requests.
Skills
Seeking an attorney to practice civil litigation. The general rubric would be business law / business litigation, which includes a wide variety of matters ranging from contractual disputes to miscellaneous torts to responding to non-party request for records, etc.
- Ideally the candidate has about 3 years of experience and does not need any handholding/training but can jump in to litigate.
- The comp range is $150K to $175K.
- Benefits include health insurance, paid vacation, 401(k).
- We generally provide discretionary year-end bonuses, but they are not tied to any billable hour requirements.
- Attorney can work remotely 1-2 days a week if desired.
