Job summary

Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is seeking a dedicated bilingual Client Services Representative to be the first point of contact for clients and guide them through the initial stages of their cases with exceptional service.

The role is full-time (40 hrs/week) with a competitive $25/hour pay, comprehensive benefits including dental, vision, health insurance, and paid time off. Proficiency in Spanish/English is strongly preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
• Customer service background with a proven track record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with FileVine (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Promptly contact clients after live transfers from intake.
• Schedule treatment appointments within 24 hours and confirm attendance.
• Request and file police reports, initiate claims, and send Letters of Representation.
• Maintain organized case files for 2–3 weeks and ensure tasks are completed.
• Promote the firm's services to clients.
