• Processes a variety of customer interactions and educates customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions.
• Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and refers as appropriate.
• Identifies opportunities through conversations with customers and makes referrals to branch staff.
• Supports lobby engagement to position PNC products and educate on digital channels.
• Ensures branch operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Supports proactive sales conversations through a defined process including service-to-sales and teller interactions.
