Job summary

PNC's Miami Gardens-based Client Experience Associate role supports multiple North Miami region branches. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, educating customers on financial options, and driving loyalty. You will engage with customers in person, identify opportunities, and refer to branch staff as part of a proactive sales process.

Bilingual Spanish preferred. The position is in-office, with a culture of inclusivity and balance, and does not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty.
• Identifies opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers and makes referrals to branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Adheres to policies and procedures, ensuring teller and branch operations run efficiently and accurately.
• Supports proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process to elevate client loyalty.
