Job summary

PNC, based in Houston, seeks a Client Experience Associate within its Retail Banking organization to serve multiple branches in the region. The role is in-office, with a Spanish-speaking preference, and focuses on delivering a unique customer experience, educating customers on financial options, and driving loyalty.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, engaging customers in the lobby, and leveraging technology to meet needs while adhering to policies and supporting branch

Qualifications

• Typically < 1 year of related experience.
• No Degree required; a combination of education, certification(s) and experience may be considered.
• Spanish speaking - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique customer experience to improve financial wellbeing and loyalty; educates customers on alternatives and refers opportunities.
• Identifies opportunities through conversations with customers and makes referrals to branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement to connect with customers and promote PNC products.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Adheres to policies; ensures teller and branch operations are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Supports proactive sales conversations and a defined sales process, including service-to-sales and lobby engagement.
• Supports customer loyalty and growth of wallet share through differentiated experiences.
