Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Case Manager I for La Jornada to complete assessments, develop service plans, and coordinate with sponsors, foster families, and partners.

You will maintain files, participate in team meetings, and support reunification efforts. A Bachelor's in social services and bilingual English/Spanish are required; willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling or related field.
• 1 year experience preferred working with youth or in youth services (volunteer/internship included).
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and service plans within ORR timelines.
• Conduct intake interviews with youth and sponsors/family members.
• Document actions and progress notes; coordinate with partners and attorneys.
