Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program seeks a Lead Case Manager for the La Jornada program to coordinate case management and ensure safe, timely release services on-site. You will supervise and mentor the case management team, train staff, and collaborate with a cross-functional service delivery team to support youth and families.

Travel as needed, maintain relationships with foster parents, and guide staff safety assessments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in the behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields from an accredited institution.
• Bachelor's degree plus at least 3 years of supervisory/case management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate case management and safe and timely release services on-site.
• Supervise, mentor, and train the case management team daily.
• Travel as needed to provide services to youth and families in compliance with requirements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with foster parents and sponsors.
• Support program staff with safety assessment, crisis response, and behavioral stabilization.
