National Youth Advocate Program is hiring a Case Manager I for La Jornada in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves completing assessments and service plans, maintaining UC Portal documentation, and coordinating with sponsors, families and multi‑disciplinary teams.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a social service field, strong case management skills, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. Flexibility for weekend/evening hours is noted and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling or other social service field.
• Excellent casemanagement, verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Complete timely assessments and service plans.
• Maintain case files compliant with ORR policy and NYAP CQI.
• Conduct intake interviews and vet sponsor ability to care for youth.
• Coordinate with sponsors, family members and stakeholders.
• Provide weekly updates to youth and families.
