Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program is seeking a Case Manager I for La Jornada, responsible for timely assessments and service plans, document uploads to UC Portal, and maintaining comprehensive files in line with ORR policy.

You will coordinate case management services for children in care, maintain caseloads, and collaborate with foster parents, sponsors, and legal service providers to support reunification and safety. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the behavioral sciences, human services or social services fields.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 20+ years of age and valid driver's license with reliable vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate case management services for children in care under the Lead Case Manager.
• Maintain active caseload and coordinate referrals to external care providers.
• Upload and manage documents in UC Portal and related systems.
• Provide weekly updates to youth and families; coach and mentor case managers.
• Coordinate sponsor vetting with Providencia Group and work with LSP for legal screenings.
