Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Case Manager I to complete timely assessments, develop service plans, and maintain files in ORR/UC systems. You will work with youth, sponsors, and families to coordinate reunification services and ensure compliance with program policies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a social field, strong case management and communication skills, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling or other social service field.
• Excellent case management, verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish; fluency in Spanish is required.
• Must be able to obtain CPI and First Aid CPR certifications.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform case management assessments within ORR timeframes.
• Conduct intake interviews with youth and gather sponsorship information.
• Coordinate reunification services and prepare required packets.
• Maintain UC Portal and program files with accurate documentation.
• Provide weekly updates to youth, family, and sponsors.
