Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program seeks a Case Aide to support La Jornada's caseload, assist with intake/discharge, and help manage records. You will work closely with the program staff to ensure documentation aligns with ORR policies and NYAP standards.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. Some travel and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and document support to program staff.
• Assist with intake and discharge packages and case files.
• Support case management activities, including scheduling and travel arrangements.
• Maintain records in ORR and NYAP systems.
• Coordinate Know Your Rights presentations and legal screenings.
• Ensure timely documentation and data entry in case management systems.
