DISH is seeking a Customer Experience Representative in Tulsa, OK. You will handle billing, programming, and troubleshooting questions while promoting products to enhance the DISH TV experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work full-time on-site.
• Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training.
• Flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Smartphone or device with active data network connection.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Pre-employment screen.
• Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift; camera on during video meetings.

Responsibilities

• Take back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls with customers throughout the shift.
