Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months of work experience in financial services, customer service or sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Provide courteous service to members and prospective members in person, by phone, or video.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain cash controls.
• Identify member needs and educate on RBFCU products and services.
• Assess deposits for potential fraud and impersonation risks.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill member requests.
• Maintain branch standards and adhere to security procedures.
• Support center calls as needed.
