Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Six months of work experience in a financial institution, customer service or sales preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide courteous, professional service to members and prospective members.
• Process transactions in person, video conference, drive-thru, and telephonic channels.
• Maintain control of cash and negotiable instruments per policy and law.
• Engage members through needs-based conversations and educate on products and services.
• Support sales culture and branch standards with accountability to performance expectations.
• Handle calls for the Member Service Center as a Branch Reservist when needed.
• Assess deposits for potential fraud and impersonation to mitigate losses.
• Assist with opening, updating, and closing accounts within RBFCU rules.
• Prepare teller reports and guide members as requested.
• Maintain safety and security procedures and report unsafe conditions.
