Job summary

RBFCU Bandera Pointe Branch seeks a full-time Member Service Representative to greet members, process transactions, and provide comprehensive service across teller and personal banker functions.

Ideal candidates have at least six months in financial services, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible Monday–Saturday schedule. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus and may earn an additional hourly premium upon certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of experience in financial services or customer service.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred; capable of handling diverse member needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional service to members and prospective members.
• Process transactions across in-person, drive-thru, video, and phone channels.
• Assess deposits for potential fraud and impersonation to protect members and RBFCU.
• Educate members on products and services to improve financial well-being.
• Support branch sales goals and participate in the RBFCU Learning and Development programs.
