Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Member Service Representative at the Bandera Pointe location in San Antonio, TX. The role blends teller and personal banker duties, delivering friendly, efficient service and addressing members' financial needs.

Starting pay is $20.00/hour with an extra $2.00/hour upon completion of the Bilingual Spanish/English certification. Candidates should be ready to work across branches as needed and contribute to RBFCU's mission of financial

Formación

• Minimum High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Six months of work experience in financial services, customer service or sales preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible Monday–Saturday schedule.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Provide enthusiastic, professional service to members and prospective members.
• Process a variety of transactions in person, video, drive-thru, or phone channels.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and compliance with policies and laws.
• Engage in needs-based conversations to identify financial needs and recommend products.
• Support sales culture and branch standards through consultative behavior.
• Assist with opening, updating, and closing accounts and maintain RBFCU agreements.
