Job summary

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is hiring a Branch Member Service Representative at the Bedford, TX branch. The role combines teller and personal banking duties, with a starting wage of $20.00 per hour and sign-on bonuses for new hires.

Bilingual English/Spanish certification can add $2.00 per hour upon completion. The MSR will greet members, process transactions, assess fraud risk, and promote RBFCU products while maintaining branch standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Six months of work experience in financial institution, customer service or sales preferred.
• Attendance and promptness; flexible Monday through Saturday schedule.
• Ability to cover staffing at any location within region including transfers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, professional service to members and prospective members.
• Process a variety of transactions across multiple channels (in person, video, drive-thru, phone).
• Maintain cash and negotiable instruments per policy and regulation.
• Engage in needs-based conversations and educate on RBFCU products and services.
• Support sales culture and branch standards.
• Assist with handling Member Service Center calls.
• Review deposits for fraud and impersonation risk.
• Assist with opening, updating, and closing accounts.
