Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months of financial institution, customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use PC and standard office software.

Responsabilités

• Provide enthusiastic, professional, courteous service to members and prospective members.
• Process transactions in person, video, drive-thru, and telephonic channels.
• Maintain control of cash and negotiable instruments per policies and laws.
• Engage members with needs-based conversations and recommend suitable products.
• Assess deposits for fraud and impersonation to mitigate losses.
• Assist with opening, updating, and closing accounts as needed.
• Prepare teller reports and support branch operations.
