Job summary

Quest Diagnostics in Seattle is seeking a Billing Customer Service Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish) to assist members with billing questions and resolutions. You will manage high volumes of calls, guide patients through balance inquiries, payment plans, and insurance-related concerns, while maintaining accuracy and empathy throughout the process.

During training you will participate in a structured 90-day program, then transition to a full-time shift within our nationwide contact

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years in a call center handling high-volume inbound calls.
• Knowledge of healthcare claims, billing, and eligibility processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of calls regarding patient bill balances, payment plans, and rebilling with empathy and accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve billing inquiries across insurance and patient invoices.
• Navigate the Quest Billing System and related applications to update records and provide solutions.
• Maintain a log of patient contacts and complete additional tasks as needed.
• Comply with HIPAA regulations at all times.
