Quest Diagnostics is hiring a Billing Customer Service Representative (Bilingual - English/Spanish) to assist members with billing information and payment options. The role involves handling 50 to 70 calls daily, providing empathetic support, and resolving escalated issues. Training spans 90 days with shifts between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM ET.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required.
• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center.
• Experience in healthcare billing/claims processing is preferred.
• Ability to learn and navigate the Quest Billing System and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of patient calls regarding balances, payments, and pricing.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints.
• Maintain accurate logs of patient contacts and billing interactions.
• Navigate billing systems and related applications to process inquiries.
