Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Billing II (Bilingual English/Spanish) to assist members with billing inquiries, payment plans, and insurance-related questions. The role demands empathy and strong problem-solving as you guide callers toward resolution.

You will handle 40-hour weeks, with shifts within ET business hours and training during the initial 90 days. This full-time position offers career growth in patient communications and billing operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish to support callers.
• Experience in a high-volume call center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representative regarding billing balances and payment plans.
• Evaluate and respond to all aspects of billing inquiries and update invoices as needed.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve complex billing issues and complaints to reach full resolution.
• Navigate Quest Billing System and related applications, maintaining a tracking log.
• Comply with HIPAA regulations at all times.
