QUEST DIAGNOSTICS INC is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Billing II (Bilingual English/Spanish) in Seattle. You will handle a high volume of calls, provide billing information, and guide patients through payment plans and billing inquiries with empathy and accuracy.

This full-time role requires attending comprehensive training and working shifts within 8:30 AM–8:00 PM ET, with eventual deployment to a 9-hour shift schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years of call center experience with high call volume.
• 2+ years in medical/healthcare setting addressing billing concerns.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of calls from patients regarding bill balances, payment plans, and rebilling with insurance.
• Evaluate and respond to all aspects of billing inquiries and update invoices.
• Research and resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints to full resolution.
• Navigate Quest Billing System and related applications.
• Maintain tracking log of all patient contacts.
• Possibly perform additional projects based on business need.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA at all times.
