• At least 1 year in a high-volume call center.
• Experience in medical billing/helpful.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume calls from patients or representatives.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve complex billing issues.
• Navigate Quest Billing System and related apps.
• Maintain patient contact tracking.
• Support additional projects as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance.
