Qualifications

• Bi-lingual, English and Spanish.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High-school graduate or GED.
• 1+ years of call center experience handling high-volume calls.
• 1+ years of healthcare/customer service experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare claims billing/finance and eligibility processes.
• Proficient translating healthcare jargon into simple steps.

Responsibilities

• Answer high volume calls from patients or their representatives; translate medical terminology into understandable information.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints to full resolution.
• Navigate Quest Billing System and other applications.
• Maintain tracking log of all patient contacts.
• Perform additional projects or tasks as needed based on business needs.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times.
