Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Billing Customer Service Representative II - Bilingual (English/Spanish) to assist members with billing information and resolve escalated issues. This role handles up to 70 calls daily with compassionate support, helping patients understand their health care plans and solutions.

You must commit to full-time attendance during training and will work a 40-hour week with 9-hour shifts between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM ET; overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual, English and Spanish.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in a high-volume call center.
• 1+ years experience in healthcare setting handling billing questions.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representatives regarding billing inquiries.
• Research and resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints.
• Navigate Quest Billing System and related applications.
• Maintain log of all patient contacts.
• Perform additional tasks as needed and ensure HIPAA compliance.
