Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume call center.
• 1+ years in a medical office/health care setting handling health care concerns.
• Knowledge of healthcare claims billing/finance and eligibility processes.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representatives and translate medical terminology into simple information.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints to full resolution.
• Navigate Quest Billing System and other applications.
• Maintain tracking log of all patient contacts.
• Comply with HIPAA regulations at all times.
