Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Billing Customer Service Representative II - Bilingual (English/Spanish) in Phoenix. You will assist members with billing information, guiding them to access appropriate care and resolving escalated issues, handling up to 70 calls daily.

Full-time role with a training period and a fixed 9-hour shift between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. After training, shifts will be assigned based on business needs, with potential overtime.

Competenze

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years in a high-volume inbound call center.
• 1+ years in a medical office/healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of healthcare claims billing, finance and eligibility processes.
• Ability to translate healthcare jargon into simple instructions.
• Proficient with computers and Windows PC applications.
• Able to work full-time training and 9-hour shifts Mon-Fri 8:30 AM–8:00 PM ET.
• Accountable, able to work independently.
• Strong listening and rapport-building skills.
• Solid conflict management abilities.

Mansioni

• Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representatives, evaluating and responding to all billing inquiries including translating medical terminology into clear information.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints to achieve full resolution.
• Navigate Quest Billing System and other applicable applications.
• Maintain tracking log of all patient contacts.
• Perform additional projects or tasks based on business need.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations at all times.
