The role requires taking up to 70 calls daily, solving complex issues, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records. Training is full-time, followed by a 9-hour shift schedule between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM ET.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English and Spanish required for member support.
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Experience in a high-volume call center handling inquiries.
• Familiarity with healthcare billing and eligibility concepts.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representatives about billing.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve complex billing issues and complaints.
• Navigate Quest Billing System and related applications.
• Maintain tracking log of all patient contacts.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times.
• Be flexible for occasional overtime when needed.
