Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Representative II - Bilingual (English/Spanish) to assist members with billing information, explain health plans, and resolve issues on a high-volume call center.

You will translate medical terminology into plain language and navigate the Quest Billing System. The role requires full-time attendance during training, a 40-hour weekly schedule with 9-hour shifts between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM ET, and a commitment to HIPAA-compliant service.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• 1+ years in high-volume inbound call center.
• Knowledge of healthcare claims, billing, and eligibility processes.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representatives about billing.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints.
• Navigate Quest Billing System and related applications.
• Maintain log of all patient contacts and comply with HIPAA.
