Training is full-time, Monday–Friday, with shifts between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM ET. A pay range of $20–$23 per hour plus potential bonuses reflects the responsibilities and scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume inbound call center.
• Experience in a medical office/healthcare setting analyzing and resolving concerns.
• Knowledge of healthcare claims billing/finance and eligibility processes.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representatives, translating medical terminology into user-friendly information.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints to achieve full resolution.
• Navigate Quest Billing System and related applications.
• Maintain a tracking log of all patient contacts.
• Perform additional projects or tasks as needed by the business.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times.
