Qualifications

• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish; able to communicate clearly.
• 2+ years in a high-volume call center.
• 2+ years in a medical office/healthcare billing.
• Knowledge of healthcare claims billing and eligibility.
• Strong conflict resolution and patient empathy.
• Able to work nine-hour shifts 8:30 AM–8:00 PM ET.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume calls regarding patient bill balances and payments.
• Research and resolve complex billing issues with HIPAA compliance.
• Navigate Quest Billing System and related applications.
• Maintain a log of all patient contacts and outcomes.
• Support 90-day training period with full attendance.
