Quest Diagnostics is seeking a bilingual Billing Customer Service Representative II to support members in navigating billing questions and resolving issues. The role involves empathetic, call-center style support for up to 70 callers daily and requires navigation of the Quest Billing System.

The full-time position includes a 9-hour shift between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM ET after training, with possible overtime. Starting pay is $17.20 per hour, plus potential annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ year of call center experience.
• 1+ year of healthcare customer service experience.

Aufgaben

• Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representatives, evaluating and responding to billing inquiries.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints.
• Navigate Quest Billing System and other applications.
• Maintain tracking log of all patient contacts.
• Perform additional projects or tasks based on business needs.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times.
