• Must have 2+ years of experience in a call center handling high volume calls.
• Experience in a medical office or health care setting is required.
• Proficient in using computers and Windows PC applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of calls from patients regarding billing inquiries.
• Evaluate and respond to billing inquiries including insurance billing.
• Research and resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints.
