Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative II - English/Spanish to assist members with billing inquiries and ensure they understand their health plans. You will handle up to 70 calls daily, translate medical terms into plain language, and navigate our Billing System to resolve complex issues.

Training is full-time and paid, with scheduling to follow business needs.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish required.
• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years in a high-volume inbound call center.
• 1+ years in a medical office or healthcare setting resolving patient concerns.
• Knowledge of healthcare claims billing/finance and eligibility processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of calls from patients or their representatives.
• Translate medical terminology into easy-to-understand information.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve complex billing issues and complaints.
• Navigate Quest Billing System and related applications.
• Maintain tracking log of all patient contacts.
• Comply with HIPAA regulations at all times.
