Job summary

ADP in the Los Angeles and San Diego area is hiring a bilingual Relationship Life Cycle Consultant to strengthen client relationships with Key Account clients through benefit education strategies and to drive participation, retention, and engagement.

You will partner with Sales, Brokers, Implementation, HR, and Operations to deliver benefit education, conduct meetings (onsite, virtual, or recorded), travel as needed, and analyze trends to improve client satisfaction and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five years of client service or client relationship management experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience in benefits or benefit education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute benefit strategies and communication to drive plan participation and retention.
• Conduct worksite benefit meetings and onboarding sessions for groups of new hires.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to implement benefit strategies.
• Upgrade knowledge through training and become a benefits subject matter expert.
• Maintain a daily schedule of meetings and partner connections.
