Qualifications

• Five years of client service or client relationship management experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience in benefits.

• Willingness to travel to support client visits.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute benefit strategies and communication year-round for an assigned client base to drive participation and retention.
• Lead worksite benefit meetings for groups of new hires and regular reviews.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable enrollment and benefit strategy execution.
• Ongoing education and training to become a benefits subject matter expert.
• Maintain a daily schedule of meetings, calls, and partner connections.
