ADP is hiring a Relationship Life Cycle Consultant to manage a book of business in the San Francisco, CA area. You will strengthen client relationships, provide benefit education strategies, and drive participation and retention through expert consultation and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Five years of client service or client relationship management experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience in benefits.
• Excellent presentation skills for engaging large audiences.
• Strategic thinker with ability to assess needs and provide innovative solutions.
• Ability to travel to support client visits and strengthen relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute benefit strategies and communication year-round to an assigned client base, reviewing strategies to drive plan participation and retention.
• Conduct worksite benefit meetings for groups of new hires and quarterly wellness meetings.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders focusing on benefit strategies related to worksite enrollment.
• Upgrade knowledge and skills in benefits through training and becoming a subject matter expert.
• Adhere to a daily schedule to manage meetings, calls, and partner connections.
