Job summary

ADP is seeking a Bilingual Relationship Life Cycle Consultant to strengthen connections with key account clients through benefit education strategies, increasing participation, retention, and engagement. This role serves the New York/New Jersey area and requires travel to support client visits.

Qualifications

• Five years of client service or relationship management experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak fluently).
• Experience in benefits.
• Strong presentation skills engaging large audiences.
• Strategic thinker with proven ability to assess needs and deliver innovative solutions.
• Willingness to travel to support client visits.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute year-round benefit strategies to drive participation and retention for assigned clients.
• Conduct worksite benefit meetings, wellness meetings, onboarding, open enrollment, and other client-focused sessions.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support benefit strategy implementation.
• Pursue continuous improvement of benefits knowledge and become a subject matter expert.
• Adhere to a daily schedule for meetings, calls, and partner connections.
