As a Bilingual Relationship Life Cycle Consultant you strengthen connections with key account clients through benefit education strategies, increasing benefit participation, client experience, employee retention, and engagement.

This role is open to candidates living in the New York or New Jersey area.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct worksite benefit meetings, wellness meetings, onboarding, open enrollment, and other client‑focused sessions.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support benefit strategy implementation.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Benefits & Compensation

• Base salary $57,100.00 – $116,100.00 per year with potential bonus, equity, or commissions.
