Job summary

ADP is hiring a Life Cycle Consultant (LCC) to work with clients in the New York City area. The role focuses on benefits education, enrollment support, and relationship management with client contacts and Work Site Employees.

You will collaborate with HRBPs, CREs and BSS to drive the benefits value proposition, deliver education sessions, and assist with change management during plan year updates. Travel up to Northeast locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience with area of concentration in Human Resources, Business or related.
• 1-3 years of experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Provides Benefits consultation and advice to client contacts during onboarding and open enrollment.
• Manages relationships with Benefits Administrators, HRBPs and Work Site Employees to reinforce value proposition.
• Coordinates with Sales, Implementation and HRBP teams on onboarding and enrollment activities.
• Delivers benefit education and plan education sessions at client sites or virtually.
• Educates clients on ADP Benefit Product offerings and changes throughout the plan year.
• Supports change management and ensures timely, effective communications.
