Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Relationship Life Cycle Consultant to strengthen connections with Key Account clients through benefit education strategies and advisory services.

You will drive participation, satisfaction, retention, and engagement using ADP's Human Capital Management tools. You will collaborate with Sales, Brokers, Implementation, HR, and Operations to resolve complex benefit issues, delivering virtual, onsite, or recorded presentations.

Qualifications

• Five years of client service or client relationship management experience in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute benefit strategies and communications year-round for assigned clients.
• Conduct worksite benefit meetings and onboarding sessions for new hires.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive enrollment and retention.
• Continuously upgrade knowledge in benefits and attend trainings to become a subject-matter expert.
• Adhere to a daily schedule coordinating meetings, calls, and partner connections.
