Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. seeks a Life Cycle Consultant to strengthen client relationships from onboarding through the life cycle of ADP TotalSource.

You will educate Work Site Employees on benefits, present plans, and coordinate with HRBPs, CRE and BAC to deliver a compelling benefits experience. You will travel within the Northeast (up to 60-70% peak) and collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and HRBP teams to drive value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience in HR, business or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours (occasional).
• Presentation and facilitation skills.
• Bilingual, Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Benefits presentations and enrollment meetings during Open Enrollment.
• Provide benefits consultation and advice to HRBPs, CRE and BAC.
• Collaborate with Sales and Implementation on onboarding solutions and cross-divisional resources.
• Travel up to 60-70% during peak season and support client onboarding and open enrollment.
