Job summary

ADP is seeking a bilingual Life Cycle Consultant (LCC) to strengthen client relationships from onboarding through the life cycle of the TotalSource program. The role collaborates with HRBP, KAE, CRE and BSS to educate clients on benefits and drive adoption during Open Enrollment and beyond.

The LCC will present benefit plans, influence benefit strategy, and deliver expert benefits consultations in English and Spanish, with travel within 100 miles up to 10-15% (potentially higher depending on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience with major area of concentration in Human Resources, Business or related.
• 1-3 years of experience
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours (occasionally)

Responsibilities

• Benefits Presentations: Provides consultation with Client, BAC and WSE on organizations' benefit offerings during Open Enrollment.
• Partners with HRBP and KAE/CRE on account strategy and benefits education.
• Change Management: Educate, guide and coach clients in their roles as change sponsors for their benefit plan.
• Account Management: Reinforce TotalSource Benefits value proposition in client meetings and calls.
• Benefits Consulting: coordinates with HRBP/KAE/CRE on opportunities to increase the ADP Benefits Value Proposition.
