Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) is seeking a Bilingual Life Cycle Consultant (LCC) to strengthen client relationships from onboarding through ongoing service.

The role requires presenting benefits, delivering education, and advising on plans to maximize client satisfaction and retention across ADP TotalSource offerings. The LCC will collaborate with HRBPs, KAE and CRE to implement benefit strategies, support enrollment meetings, and respond to client needs in a dynamic, client-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience with major area of concentration in Human Resources or Business
• 1-3 years of experience
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish; able to translate documents occasionally
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours occasionally

Responsibilities

• Benefits Presentations: Consult with clients and present education on benefit offerings during Open Enrollment
• Relationship Management: Provide benefits consultation and advice to Benefits Administrators, HRBPs and Work Site Employees
• Onboarding & Change Management: Educate and train clients on benefit plans during onboarding and changes for the plan year
• Account Management: Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, KAE and HRBP to reinforce the Benefits Value Proposition
• Benefits Consulting: Coordinate with HRBP/KAE/CRE to identify opportunities to enhance ADP Benefits Value Proposition
