Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Relationship Life Cycle Consultant who will strengthen client connections through benefit education strategies and consultation. You will work with clients to understand needs and drive results to increase participation, satisfaction, and engagement, using ADP's HCM tools.

Travel to support client visits is required. You will design benefit education programs, lead meetings with clients and employees, and collaborate with Sales, Brokers, HR, and Operations to resolve

Qualifications

• 5 years of client service or client relationship management experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience in benefits.
• Excellent presentation skills for large audiences.
• Strategic thinker with ability to assess needs and provide innovative solutions.
• Willingness to travel to support client visits.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute benefit strategies and communications year-round for assigned clients to drive plan participation and retention.
• Conduct worksite benefit meetings for groups of new hires and quarterly wellness meetings.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders on benefit strategies for enrollment and utilization.
• Upgrade knowledge and skills in benefits through training and becoming a subject matter expert.
• Maintain a daily schedule to manage meetings, calls, and partner connections.
