Job summary

ADP is hiring a Relationship Life Cycle Consultant in the San Francisco, CA area to manage a book of business and strengthen client partnerships around benefit education.

You will design and execute benefit strategies, conduct meetings, and collaborate with Sales, Brokers, HR, and Operations to optimize plan utilization while traveling as needed.

A college degree is helpful but not required; five years in client service with benefits experience and strong presentation skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Five years of client service or client relationship management experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience in benefits.
• Strong presentation skills for large audiences.
• Strategic thinker with ability to assess needs and provide innovative solutions.
• Willingness to travel to support client visits and strengthen relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute benefit strategies and communication year-round for an assigned client base.
• Conduct worksite benefit meetings for new hires and enrollment periods.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders focused on worksite enrollment.
• Upgrade knowledge through training and become a benefits SME.
• Adhere to a daily schedule to manage meetings, calls, and partner connections.
