Job summary

ADP, Inc. in the San Francisco area is hiring a Bilingual Benefits Relationship Life Cycle Consultant to manage a book of business and deepen client partnerships through education strategies around benefits.

You will collaborate with Key Account clients, design benefit education programs, and help drive participation, retention, and employee engagement across the plan. Travel will be required for client visits, with a hybrid work model in place.

Qualifications

• Located in SF metro area; hybrid work model.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (read, write, verbal).
• Five years of client service or client relationship management experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience in benefits.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute benefit strategies and communications year-round for an assigned client base.
• Conduct worksite benefit meetings for groups of new hires and quarterly wellness meetings.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive enrollment in the plan.
• Upgrade knowledge and skills in benefits through training and becoming a subject matter expert.
• Adhere to a daily schedule to manage meetings, calls, and partner connections.
