Job summary

ADP is hiring a bilingual Relationship Life Cycle Consultant in the Los Angeles / San Diego area. You will strengthen client relationships, educate on benefits, and drive participation and retention for assigned accounts.

You will collaborate with Sales, Brokers, Implementation, HR, and Operations to resolve benefit issues, deliver presentations, and travel to client sites as needed. A college degree is welcome but not required, with Veterans considered.

Qualifications

• Five years of client service or client relationship management experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience in benefits.
• Excellent at presentations—keeping large audiences engaged and attentive as you present.
• Strategic thinker with ability to assess needs and provide innovative solutions for clients.
• Ability to travel to support client visits and strengthen relationships.
• College degree is great but not required; military experience also considered.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute benefit strategies and communication year-round to an assigned client base, reviewing strategies to drive plan participation and retention.
• Conduct worksite benefit meetings for groups of new hires, quarterly wellness meetings to review carrier value-add information and resources, spending accounts education, year-end onboarding meetings, open enrollment meetings, and more.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on benefit strategies related to worksite employee enrollment in the plan.
• Upgrade knowledge and skills in benefits, including attending training sessions and becoming a benefit subject matter expert.
• Adhere to a daily schedule to manage meetings, calls, partner connections, etc.
